In Borgarello (PV) the recovery of "Cascina Bono Ferrari", a residential complex located on an area of about 3500 square meters in the center, is now about to begin. A development plan that dates back to 2009, interrupted in 2015 and remained at a standstill due to a series of circumstances.
The complex, not far from the church, had in fact gone to auction and, while waiting for the award, had ended up in an increasingly evident state of degradation. A wound that disfigured the entire Municipality.
The intervention will give "new life" to the historic center of Borgarello, bringing a new sense of well-being and liveability that for many years has remained weakened.
The real estate complex, with high performance in terms of energy efficiency, will be able to accommodate 30 new families with multiple types of apartments (T-1 floors), a basement (S1 floor) that will be able to accommodate 40 garages, 30 cellars, storage rooms as well as a series of shops that, with the entry of selected commercial activities, will bring further efficiency, more services and comfort in everyday life to the entire real estate complex.
