8. Assistance in the retrieval of all types of documentation necessary for the stipulation of the final deeds of sale at the municipalities of real estate competence or at the provincial offices of real estate territorial competence of the Internal Revenue Service;

9. Participation in Condominium Meetings at the client's request;

10. Professional photo shoots for properties for which we receive a mandate;

12. Constant attunement with Condominium Administrators to retrieve information and documentation regarding the contracted property;

14. H24 assistance and organization upon client's request for activities such as ordinary and extraordinary maintenance (plumbers, painters, works of

renovations, key cylinder replacements, minor repairs, organizing removals, etc.....) on the various properties assigned to us;
